Tyler Jeffries is an actor, writer, and fitness coach. Her Spinally Free brand specializes in blending all three techniques. She's been an active member of Social Justice Theatre ensemble US in the U.S. since 2017 and plans to keep the movement going. Her recent Quarantine performances include Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, reality TV style at Plethos Productions in Castro Valley and Aristophanes' "Lysistrata" at The Pear Theatre in Mountain View!
