Aaron Wilton

Actor

Aaron Wilton was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and traveled to New York for college, graduating with Honors from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts double major in Theatre and Creative Writing. He moved to New York City after graduation and co-created/performed the show “Happy Mundanes,” which was produced by the NYC International Fringe Festival. He spent four years in NYC performing in regional theaters, including George Street Playhouse’s “Inspecting Carol” with Peter Scolari & Dan Lauria and playing the lead in the world premiere of “After All” with Broadway’s Walter Charles & Susan Pellegrino. In Los Angeles, he studied improvisation at The Groundlings and starred in numerous independent films and series. He continues to perform on stages throughout Northern California, including Aurora Theatre Company, San Jose Rep, San Jose Stage Company, Capital Stage, Shakespeare Napa Valley, Theatre Rhino, Sacramento Theatre Company, Pacific Repertory Theatre, Cinnabar Theater, B Street and Brava. Aaron has won a Shellie Award, been nominated for a Perry Award & two BroadwayWorld SF Awards, and was one of ten young professional actors invited to partake in a workshop with Kevin Spacey as part of his foundation’s Richard’s Rampage program. Besides his extensive work on stage, film and television, he is also well versed in commercials and voiceover, having worked with such companies as Taco Bell, Xfinity, Wells Fargo, Blue Shield, Charles Schwab, Chase, Cisco, Adobe, EA Games, Ubisoft and US Cellular. He was the co-founding artistic director of Pig Brooch Theatre Company and an artistic associate of South Pleasant Company NYC. He is currently a member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors’ Equity and The Dramatists Guild, and a part of the acting company at PlayGround SF.
