The Transgender Day of Remembrance or International Transgender Day of Remembrance is a day that is held annually on the 20th November to memorialize those individuals who have been murdered as a result of transphobia. It also aims to draw attention to the violence that is carried out towards many in the transgender community.
3GT is saddened and horrified about the recent shooting at Club Q in Colorado on the evening of Saturday, November 19th, 2022. Our hearts are with the families and friends of those who were injured and with those who are no longer with us.
Initially, we were going to highlight the organization, True Colors United, as November is also National Homeless Youth Awareness Month. Homelessness disproportionally affects LGBTQ+ youth, so organizations that serve this vulnerable population are essential.
Please take this opportunity to donate to this and other organizations that serve the Trans community or donate to a Trans person directly. Our suggestions are:

True Colors United - https://truecolorsunited.org/
Inside Out Youth Services (Based in Colorado)- https://insideoutys.org/give/

The appeal to support trans youth and adults is presented with compassion and clarity. Explaining how donations will be used strengthens trust and encourages meaningful action. I recently read a community advocacy reflection on https://maydayhoustonlaw.com/ that also highlighted the importance of protecting vulnerable groups. Your article respectfully addresses the issue while inspiring readers to contribute to positive and inclusive change.
Really appreciated the compassion and urgency in this post. You clearly explained why support for trans youth and adults is so important, and the call to action felt heartfelt rather than forceful. I recently read a similar perspective https://www.docsoutsidethebox.us and it added another thoughtful angle. Thank you for raising awareness in such a meaningful way.
Powerful and compassionate, this post clearly explains why support is urgently needed while keeping the focus on dignity and care. The message feels sincere and human rather than purely promotional. I appreciated how the impact of donations was explained in real terms. It reminded me of an advocacy-focused article on https://www.carsoup.com/ that also centered lived experiences. Content like this helps raise awareness while encouraging meaningful action.
A heartfelt and important message that’s shared with care. I appreciated the respectful tone, which aligns https://alphadentalexcellence.com/ with advocacy-oriented writing I’ve seen.
Compassionate and direct messaging makes this post especially powerful. The importance of support and visibility is communicated with sincerity and respect. I came across a community advocacy discussion on https://tmccordlaw.com/ that highlighted similar efforts to protect vulnerable groups, which added depth to the ideas shared here. This article clearly explains why contributions matter and how they create real impact.
